It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter <br />and carried, that the Council request the Planning Commission to initiate a <br />study and hearings regarding the potential development of a precise alignment <br />for a twenty-foot alley running Northerly from 15th to 17th Street, between <br />Broadway and Durant. <br /> <br />PHYSICAL FITNESS <br /> <br />ing, and winning a twelve-mile hike. <br /> <br />The ~yor and members of the City <br />Council paid tribute to Councilman <br />Brewer~ commending him for his great <br />physical prowess in starting, finish- <br /> <br />TENTH STREET TRAFFIC <br /> <br />ending the Municipal Code as follows: <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, sec- <br />onded by Councilman Schlueter and <br />carried, Council instructed the City <br />Attorney to prepare ordinances em- <br /> <br /> Section 3272 - for the purpose of reversing one-way street traffic on Tenth St. <br />between Main and Bush. <br /> <br /> Section 3264 - to eliminate parking on the North side of Tenth St. between <br />Main and Bush. <br /> <br />b%~NEWPORT-DYER ANNEX Councilman Hubbard replied to quest- <br /> ions from M~s. Janice Boer, 912 North <br /> Lowell, that there was not a written <br /> contract for special legal counsel <br /> services in the Newport - Dyer Annexation, that the Council did not have an <br /> <br />City Council - 52 - March 4, 1963 <br /> <br /> <br />
