^~'AUT0 DE~r~w~S On motion of Counci!~u Hubbard, seconded <br />LICENSE FEES by Councilman Schlueter and carried, <br /> Council directed the City Manager and <br /> Mayor to meet with auto dealers request- <br /> ing a reduction in license fees to discuss further the problem of equitable <br /> fees. <br /> <br />DISTURBANCE COMPLAI~ Council heard a report from the City <br /> Manager regarding a petition from 33 <br /> families for revocation of business <br /> license of "The Golden Rule Cafe" <br />because of disturbance to nearby residents. The Manager reported that it <br />was staff opinion that the City did not have the right to revoke the license <br />but that two alternatives existed: Concentrated police surveillance or a <br />public nuisance charge. Since there is not sufficient grounds for a public <br />nuisance charge at this time, the Manager recommended that police surveillance <br />be maintained on a more concentrated basis. The Council concurred with the <br />Manager's report and recommendation. <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY ~P 301 On motion of Councl~m-n Hubbard, seconded <br /> by Councilman Schlueter and carried, <br /> Council denied without prejudice Pre- <br /> liminary Map No. 301, filed by Forrest <br />L. Dunivin creating two lots on the east side of Newhope, south of First Street.~ <br /> <br />FINAL MAp . TRACT 4262 Final Map for Tract 4262, creating ~8 <br /> lots west of Euclid and south of <br /> McFadden Avenue, was filed by Tricon <br /> Development, Incorporated. It was <br />moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, <br />that Council approve Tract Map 4262, accept the dedications thereon, and <br />authorize execution of the subdivision agreement. It was the opinion of <br />the City Attorney that a drainage fee should not be levied on this map. <br /> <br />b~$~FINALMAP - TRACT 4560 Final Nap for Tract 4560, creating <br /> 41 lots west of Euclid and south of <br /> McFadden, lying southwest of Tract <br /> 4262, was filed by Tricon Development, <br /> Incorporated.
