489 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. <br />Findings of Fact <br />March 18, 1996 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />95-31 <br /> <br />FindinGs <br /> <br />These findings are for the approval of the Conditional Use Permit <br />recommended for approval. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use provide a service or facility which will <br />contribute to the general well being of the neighborhood or <br />community? <br /> <br />The restaurants provide a service to the surrounding <br />properties, the community and commuters in the area. It <br />contributes to the well being of the of the neighborhood by <br />maintaining a clean and safe environment. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use under the circumstances of the particular <br />case be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity? <br /> <br />The proposed restaurants operation will not be detrimental <br />to persons residing and working in the area as the use, as <br />conditioned, will not create any negative or adverse <br />impacts such as noise or loitering. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />development of property in the surrounding area? <br /> <br />The restaurants assist in the economic viability of the <br />area by providing a service to residents, business owners <br />and commuter. This use is a revenue source for the city <br />and contributes to the economic health of the entire area <br />by complementing current businesses and their customers, as <br />well as attracting new customers to this area. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in this chapter for such use? <br /> <br />The restaurants will comply with all regulations and <br />conditions specified in the Santa Aha Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use not adversely affect <br />the city or any specific plan applicable <br />proposed use? <br /> <br />the general plan of <br />to the area of the <br /> <br />The restaurants zoning, use and other applicable items are <br />in compliance with the General Plan. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />
