593 RESOLUTION 96-035 PLUMBING CODE Any person desiring a permit required by the Plumbing Code shall, at the time of filing an application therefore, pay a fee equal to $17.00plus the sum of the fees for the work to be done under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a permit for single family residences and duplexes. The minimum total fee for issuance of a permit for all other uses shall be forty dollars ($40.00).
