017 <br /> <br />Cultural Resources <br /> <br />Development of land acquired with eminent domain could result in cultural resource impacts if <br />cultural resources are present on the site. <br /> <br />Finding 1: <br /> <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project <br /> which mitigate or avoid the significant effects on the environment. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Finding <br /> <br />The potential significant effect has been substantially lessened to the extent feasible by virtue of <br />the following mitigation measure identified in the Final EIR and incorporated into the project. <br /> <br />1. If City staff: determines during their review of the project that an existing building is <br />historically important, further study and review will be required to determine whether or not 'the <br />building will be impacted by the project. The further study will, in all likelihood, consist of a <br />preliminary historical survey conducted by a recognized person with historical building experience <br />with accompanying conclusions and recommendations. <br /> <br />Air Quality <br /> <br />Development of land acquired with eminent domain could indirectly encourage or allow new <br />development, Additional development could increase both short and long-term air emissions. <br /> <br />Finding 1: <br /> <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project <br /> which mitigate or avoid the significant effects on the environment. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Finding <br /> <br />The potential significant effect has been substantially lessened to the extent feasible by virtue of <br />the following mitigation measure identified in the Final EIR and incorporated into the project. <br /> <br />1. If it is determined that a future project may create significant construction emissions, short- <br />term air emission calculations will be required as part of the CEQA review of the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
