REL: 5/15/96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-048 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA CORRECTING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 96-027, WHICH APPROVED IN PART <br />VARIANCE NO. 95-009 FOR A SHOPPING <br />CENTER AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER 0FHARBOR <br />BOULEVARD AND McFADDEN AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 1, 1996, the City Council adopted its Resolution No. 96- <br />027, which approved Variance No. 95-009, to allow variances from various zoning <br />regulations in a shopping center located at the southeast corner of Harbor <br />Boulevard and McFadden Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said resolution as recorded contained certain inadvertent errors; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to record a corrected resolution to <br />conform it to said resolution as actually adopted by the City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Item e of Section 1 of Resolution No. 96-027 is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />An increase in the permitted number of days of special <br />events (sidewalk sales) to 30 days per year, for Wal'Mart <br />only." <br /> <br /> 2. Item A.19. of the conditions of approval of said variance, set forth <br />in Exhibit B of Resolution No. 96-027, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"19. <br /> <br />Temporary outdoor activities and special events may not <br />exceed a total of 30 calendar days annually, for Wal'Mart <br />only.
