093 RESOLUTION NO. 96- 060 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CONFIRMING THE APPLI- CATION OF THE MASTER PROPERTY TAX TRANS- FER AGREEMENT TO THE PROPOSEDANNEXATION OF UNINCORPORATED AREAS RESULTING FROM THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION GARDEN GROVE REORGANIZATION NO. 141 WHEREAS, a Master Property Tax Transfer Agreement between the County of Orange and the City of Santa Ana to provide the property tax exchange'in areas annexed by the City has been executed by the Board of Supervisors of Orange County and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, effective October 28, 1980, which agreement provides for the division of property taxes pursuant to Section 99(d) of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California; and, WHEREAS, a pending Local Agency Formation Commission proposal identified as Garden Grove Reorganization No. 141 would result in the annexation of unincorpo- rated county island areas into the city of Santa Ana. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana city Council that the Master Property Tax Transfer Agreement between the County of Orange and the City of Santa Ana providing for property tax exchange in areas annexed by the City and providing for the allocation of property tax revenues, approved by the Board of Supervisors and the City Council, effective October 28, 1980, shall be applicable to the territory within the annexation of that unincorporated county island area identified in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, resulting from Garden Grove Reorganization No.141.
