097 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- 061 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN WITH REGARD <br />TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2400 SOUTH GRAND <br />AVENUE TO INCREASE THE FLOOR AREA RATIO <br />(GPA 96-5) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, <br />after noticed public hearing, recommended approval of an amendment <br />to the General Plan of the city of Santa Ana as hereinafter set <br />forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing <br />on said General Plan amendment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA that the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the <br />City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to increase the floor area <br />ratio applicable to that area of the City shown on Exhibit 1 and 2, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, from 0.40 to 0.45. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 3rd <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> c. <br />YClerk of the Council <br /> <br />day of June , 1996. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Pulido Aye <br />Richardson Aye <br />Espinoza Ave <br />Lutz Aye <br />McGuigan Aye <br />Mills Aye <br />Moreno Aye <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Richard E.
