Increasing the <br />hours of operation beyond 12:00 a.m. however, may prove to <br />diminish the well-being of the surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Will the proposed use under the circumstances of the particular <br />case be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity? <br /> <br />The proposed late night operations by itself or <br />cumulatively with other nearby late night operations may be <br />detrimental to persons residing in the area. The late <br />night operations of Del Taco presents the opportunity for <br />loitering and a gathering place for patrons of a nearby <br />bar. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />development of property in the surrounding area? <br /> <br />The late night hours, may serve as a detrimental effect to <br />the immediate areas and diminish the quality of life of <br />adjacent residences. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in this chapter for such use? <br /> <br />The existing business complies with all regulations and <br />conditions specified in the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use not adversely affect <br />the City or any specific plan applicable <br />proposed use? <br /> <br />the general plan of <br />to the area of the <br /> <br />The project's zoning, use, and other applicable items are <br />in compliance with the General Plan. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />
