273 <br /> <br />REL:8~6/96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- 082 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECU- <br />TIVE DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY <br />TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA WITH THE CALIFORNIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FEDER- <br />AL-AID FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in 1995 the Orange County Transportation Authority <br />(OCTA) approved projects funded by the Measure M Competitive <br />Streets and Roads programs, which include the Local Surface <br />Transportation Program (LSTP) funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the LSTP fund is a Federal Fund administered by the <br />California Department of Transportation (CalTrans); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTAANA that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute an <br />agreement on behalf of the City of Santa Ana for all funds <br />available to the City for eligible transportation improvement <br />projects under the above said program and to take all actions and <br />sign all documents pertaining to such funds as may be granted to <br />the city of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> c.
