499 <br /> <br />REL: 11/5/96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-101 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN TO CHANGE <br />CERTAIN LAND USE DESIGNATIONS AND FLOOR <br />AREA RATIOS IN THE MIDTOWN AREA (GPA 96-7) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after duly <br />noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to General Plan of the City of <br />Santa Ana, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly notice public hearing, concurs in the <br />Planning Commission's approval of said General Plan amendment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />that the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Aha is amended <br />as follows: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Cl~rk of the Counc~il/ <br /> <br /> 1. Those shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, as <br />"GBD to PAO" and "MR to PAO" are redesignated from their curren% General Business <br />District and Medium Density Residential categories to the Professional <br />Administrative office category. <br /> <br /> 2.
