REL: 1~/10/96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- 106 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PI2~N TO CHANGE THE <br />MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA RATIO FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 1801 SOUTH STANDARD AVENUE (GPA <br />96-10) <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, <br />after duly noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to General <br />Plan of the City of Santa Ana, as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly notice public hearing, <br />concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said General Plan <br />amendment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA that the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the <br />City of Santa Ana is amended to establish the maximum floor area <br />ratio for the property shown on Exhibit 1, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein, at 0.45 square foot of building floor area per <br />each one (1) square foot of lot area. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 16th <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />day of December , 1996. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Pulido Aye <br />Richardson Aye <br />Espinoza Aye <br />Franklin Absent <br />Lutz Aye <br />McGuigan Aye <br />Moreno Aye <br /> <br />J96e~/W~t C!~& r <br /> <br /> <br />
