"Pay-to-Stay" Agreement <br /> <br />0!.9' <br /> <br />l, , aclmowledge that I have read, <br /> (print full name) <br />understand and agree to the following conditions and terms of incarceration at the <br /> <br />Santa Ana Jail, a city jail, and by my own volition, request to be allowed to complete <br /> <br />my jail sentence at the Santa Aha Detention Facility. <br /> <br />General Terms and Conditions: <br /> <br />I waive separation by classes as described by CPC 4002 and understand <br />that my dayroom activities will be among the general population of the <br />facility. <br /> <br />2. I agree to follow and abide by the facility's inmate rules and regulations. <br /> <br />Payment is due prior to incarceration at the rate of $ a day. I <br />am required to submit payment for the number of days I intend to <br />serve, not the entire sentence, if that number is greater than what I <br />intend to serve at booking. <br /> <br />Payment must be a money order, cashier check or cash.
