031 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-009 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO ENTER <br />INTO AN AGREEMENT. WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR TWO PROJECTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city of Santa Ana has <br />funds to be used for two projects under the FY <br />System Management Program; and <br /> <br />applied for State <br />1994-1995 Traffic <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Trans- <br />portation (Caltrans) on December 31, 1996, has approved a funding <br />allocation for these projects; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Caltrans has presented two program supplements <br />as part of the master agreement to reimburse the City for the cost <br />of construction phase of these projects: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />authorizes the executive director of the public works agency to <br />execute in the name of the City of Santa Ana all necessary <br />contracts and agreements including the state local entity master <br />agreement no.
