134 <br /> <br />Facts ill Support of Finding: <br /> <br />The general contractor shall use low emission mobile construction equipment where <br />feasible. <br /> <br />The general contractor shall maintain construction equipment by keeping them properly <br />tuned. <br /> <br />Significant Effect <br /> <br />Locally, the potential carbon monoxide (CO) increases due to the project will exceed the <br />Significance Emission Threshold established by the SCAQMD. <br /> <br />Specific economic, social or other considerations make infeasible the mitigation <br />measures or project alternatives identified in the EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Findin_m <br /> <br />The proposed project would emit 782 pounds per day of CO and the SCAQMD threshold is 550 <br />pounds per day. Mitigation cannot reduce this impact to a level of insignificance. <br /> <br />Significant Effect <br /> <br />The project will contribute to cumulative long-term air quality impacts. <br /> <br /> Specific economic, social or other considerations make infeasible the mitigation <br /> measures or project alternatives identified in the EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Findin~ <br /> <br />There will be air emissions generated during the life of the project that will cumulatively have <br />unavoidable adverse impacts on regional air quality. Although the following mitigation measures <br />will lessen long-term impacts, cumulative emissions remain unavoidable and adverse: <br /> <br />1.
