ENERGY CONSERVA~ON The adherence to regulatory requirements regarding energy will reduce energy consumption impacts. The following mitigation measures will help minimize the amount of energy normally consumed by a shoDping center throughout the life of the project: The project shall be reviewed by the Energy Services New Construction Department at Southern California Edison to determine those measures that can be incorporated into a project to reduce electrical demands. The project developer shall incorporate all measures into the project as economically feasible as determined by the City Building Division. 2. The project shall meet all applicable State of California Title 24 Energy ~uidelines. WATER SERVICE The adherence to City required water conservation measures will reduce water consumption impacts and fire flow needs by the project. The City of Santa Arm Fire Department will determine the precise fire flow requirements from the proposed project during its review of the final project plan. The design and implementation of any required on-site improvement to provide the fire flow requirement determined during site plan review shall be borne by the project developer. WASTEWATER The Public Works Agency has determined that the project will not adversely impact the existing sewage system.
