254 RESOLUTION 97-030 REVENUE ACCOUNT DEPAR'I~MENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE SECTION X 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 5912 PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY - CONTINUED PLUMBING CODE Any person desiring a permit required by the Plumbing Code shall, at the time of filing an application therefore, pay a fee equal to $17.50 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be done under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. There is no minimum fee for the issuance ora permit for single family residences and duplexes. The minimum total fee for issuance ora permit for all other uses shall be $41.00. (NOTE: A Plumbing Code permit fee is separate from and additional to the fee for any other permit which may be required by code provisions other than Ihe Plumbing Code.)
