317 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-045 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN WITH REGARD <br />TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON NORTH FALLBROOK <br />DRIVE FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LR- <br />7) TO OPEN SPACE (OS) (GPA 97-04) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, <br />after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General <br />Plan of the city of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing <br />on said General Plan amendment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the General <br />Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to redesignate that <br />area of the city shown on Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorpo- <br />rated herein, from the "Low Density Residential" (LR-7) zoning <br />district category to the Open Space (OS) zoning district category. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 6th <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~eo~.
