The amount of such penalty shall be 25 percent of <br /> the fee for such filing. Nonpayment of the fee and penalty shall incur lO percent interest on the amount of <br /> the billing starting 30 days after the date issued. <br /> <br />Page 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
