REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT <br /> <br />097-01-3611 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br /> <br />DEMOLITION PERMIT <br /> <br />The fee for a permit to demolish a building or structure shall <br />be based upon the contract price but in no case less than the <br />minimum building permit fee of $53.50. <br /> <br />When a building is demolished, the owner shall provide the <br />City with a cash or surety bond as described in Section 8-1768 <br />through 8-1771 of the Santa Aaa Municipal Code. For the <br />purpose of lot cleanup and capping of the sewer lateral, the <br />value of the bond is to be established by the Building Official <br />but ia no case shall the bond be less than $1,000.00 per <br />building.
