96 <br /> <br /> REVENUE <br /> ACCOUNT <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br /> <br />SPECIFIC CODE FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />BUILDING CODE <br /> <br />Any person desiring a permit required by the Building Code <br />shall, at the time of filing an application therefore, pay a fee <br />equal to $18.00 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be <br />done under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. <br />There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a permit for <br />single family residences and duplexes. The minimum total <br />fee for issuance of a permit for all other uses shall be $53.50. <br /> <br />The determination of total valuation shall be made by the <br />Building Official. The value to be used shall be the t~tal <br />value of all construction work for which the permit is issued <br />using the building valuation data based upon in the most <br />recent edition of Building Standards published by the Inter- <br />national Conference of Building Official.
