WHEREAS, many counties throughout the s--ne~= are similarly <br />affected by the lack of funding of the Subven~±cn Program; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA THAT, the City of Santa Aha urges that: <br /> <br />1. The State of California fund at lease $175 million for <br /> the Flood Control Subvention Program in the 1998-99 <br /> General Budget; and <br /> <br />2.
