No construction <br />activities shall be permitted on Sundays or federal <br />holidays. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Ail construction equipment, stationary or mobile, <br />shall be equipped with properly operating and <br />maintained muffling devices. <br /> <br />This project is located along a major commercial corridor <br />and near a State Freeway. However, no severe noise <br />impacts are anticipated. LIGHT AND GLARE <br /> <br />The proposed project will introduce new lighting. However, the <br />lighting materials used with this project will be of a similar <br />intensity as surrounding uses, therefore no significant light or <br />glare impacts are anticipated. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: None required. <br /> <br />8.
