ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION <br />ER # 98-047 <br />PROJECT TITLE: BROCK HOMES 72 UNIT SUBDIVISION <br />PROJECT ADDRESS: 2828 NORTH BRISTOL STREET <br />June 8, 1998 <br />PAGE 15 <br /> <br />c,d,e It is anticipated that the proposed project may result <br /> in some minor alterations to the existing water, sewer or - <br /> storm drain systems. The City's Public Works Agency has <br /> reviewed the proposed project and has not identified a <br /> need for new or altered systems to meet the demand for <br /> water and sewer services resulting from this project. No <br /> adverse impacts are anticipated. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: None required. <br /> <br />17. HUMAN HEALTH <br /> <br />The project will not result in the creation of any <br />deleterious health hazard or potential health hazard. No <br />impacts are anticipated. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: None required. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />The previous use for the project site was a multi-family <br />residential project. AESTHETICS <br /> <br />The project will not obstruct any existing scenic vistas or views <br />open to the public. The site plan for the subject property shall <br />be reviewed by the Planning Division for consistency with design <br />standards which shall contribute to the continued revitalization of <br />the City of Santa Ana. Some of the mature trees on the property <br />will be removed due to project grading. However, the landscaping <br />plan proposed includes an extensive landscaping proposal that will <br />provide greater aesthetic enjoyment in the long-term.
