On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />seconded by Councilman Schlueter and <br />carried, Council received and ordered <br />filed communications from Stanley C. <br />Gould, Jr., 325 N. Broadway~ Attorney representing the Santa Aha Commercial <br />Company~ and from Robert S. Barnes, lO16 N. Broadway, Attorney for Great <br />Western Reclamation~ regarding the trash and garbage contract for the City. <br /> <br />Council heard statements from Mr. Gould and Mr. Adam Schleining, President of <br />Santa Ana Commercial COo, Inc., regarding their position in the matter~ <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Schlueter, seconded by Councilman Harvey and carried, <br />Council instructed the City Manager to prepare specifications for the trash <br />and garbage collection contract, to be submitted for discussion at the June <br />3, 1963 meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman Gilmore returned to the Council Chamber and resumed his seat at <br />the Council table. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Schlueter and <br /> unanimously carried, that the meeting <br /> be adjourned to May 22, 196B, at <br />7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Santa Ana City Hall.
