SURPLUS FROPEF~ C~uncil received a report of surplus property consisting of a h~use and lot at ~15 West Edi~ger Street, t~gether with a report from the City M~uager that the real property would he of only nuisance value to anyone other than an adjacent property owner. On motion of C~ncilwa~ Harvey, seconded hy Counc~lm-~ Schlueter sad carried, Council declared the house and garage at ~15 West E~fnEer Street to he surplus property and authorized sale thereof.
