<br />10, 11, 12, 13, and 16 set forth in the resolution, adding, however, tHat
<br />Condition No. 9 has been considered as an equitable charge for drainage
<br />facilities in the area; that if it is imposed Council should m~dify Condition
<br />No. l~.

<br />It was moved by Counc] 1,~n Harvey, seconded by Councilman Schlueter that
<br />Resolution 63-95 be changed to delete Conditions No. 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12,
<br />13, and 15; that further reading he waived and Resolution 63-95 he adopted.
