The deyelopment of this site is in <br />cOnformance with the City's requirements and will help the economic stability of <br />the area. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions specified in this chapter <br />for such a use? <br /> <br />The project meets the City's development standards for the type of use proposed. <br />Specifically, parking, landscaping, fencing and circulation are proposed in <br />compliance with Code. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan of the City or any specific plan <br />applicable to the area of the proposed use? <br /> <br />The proposed recycling facility is consistent with and therefore, will not adversely <br />affect the General Plan Land Use designation of Industrial (IND) for the area. <br /> <br /> 2.
