451 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 98- 083 <br /> <br />CLS: 11/5/98 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE <br />GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD 1N SAID CITY <br />ON NOVEMBER 3; 1998 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Santa Ana, a general municipal <br />election was held in the City of Santa Ana on November 3, 1998, to fill the office of Mayor <br />of said City and offices of members of the City Council of said City nominated from Wards <br />2,4 and 6 of said City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the results of the said election, including the whole number of votes cast in <br />the City, the names of the persons voted for, for what office each person was voted for, and <br />the number of votes given in the City to each person, are set forth in that certain document <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set <br />forth. <br /> <br /> 2. That, based upon said results, MIGUEL A. PULIDO is declared elected to the <br />office of Mayor of the City of Santa Ana for a two-year term. <br /> <br /> 3. That, based upon said results, the following persons are declared elected to the <br />following respective offices, for four-year terms: <br /> <br />LISA BIST, member of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana from Ward 2. <br /> <br />ALBERTA DELORES CHRISTY, member of the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana from Ward 4. <br /> <br />PATRICIA A. MCGUIGAN, member of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />from Ward 6. <br /> <br /> <br />
