Short-term <br />construction-related activities will cause combustion <br />emissions and fugitive dust to be released from on-site <br />demolition activities and construction equipment. Short <br />term impacts will be mitigated to a level of <br />insignificance. Long term impacts to air quality may <br />occur but are considered to be cumulatively <br />insignificant. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures/Monitoring Required: <br /> <br />In order to prevent dust impacts to the adjacent <br />areas, following the demolition of the two <br />buildings, the applicant shall remove the building <br />debris material from the site within 48 hours. <br /> <br />4.
