RESOLUTION NO. -1999-006 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW NO. 98-07 TO ACCOMMODATE AN <br />EXPANSION OF SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. <br />63 AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1221 EAST <br />DYER ROAD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 1221 East Dyer <br />Road, within the Specific Development No. 63 zoning district, also <br />known as the Orange County Business Center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant desires to amend Specific Development <br />No. 63 to allow a variety of entitled uses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the construction, the <br />proposed office complex must conform with the 1995 California <br />Building Code and the Specific Development No. 63 guidelines; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed site plan came before this Council for <br />approval at the meeting held on January 4, 1999. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTAANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid <br />meeting this Council finds and determines as follows: <br /> <br /> That the site plan, as propose~, is compatible with the <br />architectural character and design criteria for styles found in <br />Specific Development No. 63 and will not be detrimental to the <br />harmonious development of the City or impair the desirability of <br />investment or occupation in the Orange County Business Center. <br /> <br /> 2. Site Plan Review No. 98-07 is hereby approved, as <br />proposed in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
