297 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1999-046 <br />PAGE 1 OF 1 <br /> <br />Site Plan Review No. 99-01 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction.of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the <br />Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable <br />regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following conditions of <br />approval: <br /> <br />The applicant must comply with each and every condition listed below Prior <br />t__9o exercising the rights conferred by this variance. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the development project. Failure to comply with <br />each and every condition may result in the revocation of the site plan <br />review approval. <br /> <br />¢onSitions of ~ooroval <br /> <br />A. planninq Division <br /> <br />The use of the lot will be restricted to employee parking and/or <br />parking of excess dealer inventory. The storage of vehicles <br />and/or the parking of vehicles that are being serviced is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />A fencing plan needs to be submitted to the Planning Division for <br />review. The plan must identify the materials, color and design <br />of the fence and must also include the location and material of <br />decorative pilasters. <br /> <br />Landscaping must be provided within the interior of the parking <br />lots that are shown as hashed lines on the site plan. <br /> <br />Signage advertising and/or identifying dealerships on the site is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br /> <br />
