RESOLUTION No. <br />AUGUST 16, 1999 <br />Page I of 1 <br /> <br />1999-051 <br /> <br />Conditions for ApDrov~l <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 99-17 is approved subject to compliance to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Aha Municipal Code the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. <br />each and every condition may result in revocation <br />permit. <br /> <br />conditions listed below <br /> Failure to comply with <br /> of the conditional use <br /> <br />Planning Division <br /> <br />The applicant must comply with all conditions and requirements <br />from the Development Review Committee for the development project <br />(DP No. 99-40). <br /> <br />A total of 375 parking spaces are provided on-site for the trade <br />school use.
