LIC~SE WAr~ER Council heard a report from the City Attorney on two requests for waiver of license fees. Action was continued from the last meeting so that additional information could Be presented to the Attorney for an exact ruling. On the request of the Blind Service Center, the Attorney reported that the operation as described in the application would not require a license by the City. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, that the map and dedications thereon be accepted and that execution of the subdivision agreement be authorized. CHRISTMAS STREET On motion of Council,~ Hubbard, seconded DECORATIONS By Councilm-- Gilmore and carried, Council approved a request from the Chamber of Commerce to hang Christmas decorations on Fourth Street between Ross and Mortimer, and on Main Street from 17th to Anahurst Place, subject to State approval.
