GAS: 10/25/99 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-065.1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAI~TAAIgAAMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF <br />THE GENERAL PLAN FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) <br />TO PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (PAO) <br />WITH REGARD TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH <br />SIDE OF EAST SEVENTEENTH STREET BETWEEN <br />LINWOOD AND MABURY(GPA 99-03) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha, <br />after noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General <br />Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public hearing <br />on said General Plan amendment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />Monitoring Program for Environmental Review No. 99-15 <br />approved and certified. <br /> <br />Mitigation <br />is hereby <br /> <br /> 2. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the <br />General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to <br />redesignate that area of the City shown on Exhibit 1, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein, from ~'General Commercial" (GC) to <br />"Professional Administrative Office" (PAO) in the City's General <br />Plan. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 18th day of <br /> <br /> C.
