4~8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-0 <br />OCTOBER 4,1999 <br />PAGE 1 OF 3 <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 99-20 is approved subject to compliance, to <br />the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />A. PlanningDivision <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions <br />listed below throughout the life of the conditional use permit. <br />Failure to comply with each and every condition may result in <br />the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The project shall be built in compliance with Site Plan Review <br />(DP 99-005) and the staff report exhibits. <br /> <br />3. The project is subject to the development standards and fees <br /> in effect at the time of permit issuance. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />Building permits for each of the proposed uses shall be issued <br />within two years of the date of the conditional use permit <br />approving the uses. <br /> <br />5. No exterior pay phones are permitted within the project. <br /> <br />A sign program restricting the scope of signage through out the <br />project is required to be submitted; and approved prior to <br />permit issuance. <br /> <br />No further expansions of the building may occur without <br />appropriate Planning Commission approval. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br /> <br />
