Holcomb <br />for delay of construction of sidewalk until after the widening of First Street <br />in front of his property. <br /> <br />PRE. REC. OF SURVET Preliminary Record of Survey B32 <br />332 ~reating two ~ 1 lots on the southwest <br /> corner of Bristol and Memory ~ne was <br /> filed by Clara E. Vose on September 16, <br />1963 and postponed to this meeting by Council. It was moved by Councilman <br />Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, that the mao be approved <br />subject to the conditions described in the Planning Director's report dated <br />September ~0, 1963. <br /> <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL - Council heard the City ~anager's <br />McFADDEN AT BAITT reoort regarding a request for traffic <br /> control on ~cFadden at Raitt Streets. <br /> It was the staff's reccmmendation that <br />neither signals nor a stop sign were warranted and that school children could <br />cross at Center Street where a schoolboy patrol is in operation. Council received <br />and ordered filed the ~anager's report and denied the request~ on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried. <br /> <br />WATER DEPOSIT REFUND Acting on a report heard from the City <br /> Manager regarding request of ~nderson <br /> Construction Co~osny for refund of $50.00 <br /> bulk water denosit, Council~ on motion <br />of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, authorized <br />the City Treasurer to refund the deposit. <br /> <br />CITY C0~NCIL <br /> <br />October 7, 1963 <br /> <br /> <br />
