Each property will include sewer, water and necessary <br />infrastructure improvements as conditioned in Development Review No. 99-07 <br />and is further conditioned so it will not affect the health or safety of persons <br />working or residing in the vicinity. <br /> <br />The design or improvements of the proposed project will not conflict with easements <br />necessary for public access through or use of the property within the proposed project. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision will require a partial abandonment of Vance Street as <br />part of the vesting tentative parcel map approval. The abandonment of Vance <br />Street will prevent traffic generated by the project bom cimulating through the <br />adjacent neighborhood. Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and utility <br />easements are required as conditions of approval for this project. <br /> <br /> 2. The mitigated negative declaration and mitigation monitoring program for ER No. <br />99-116 is hereby approved and certified. <br /> <br /> 3.
