ARCNITECTURAL SERVICES Ca motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />MUNICIPAL STADIUM seconded by Counc~a~ Schlueter and <br /> carried, Council denied the request <br /> of Robert Hernandez, architect, for <br /> corrected amendment to agreement regarding Design Develolm~ent Phase of the <br /> Municipal Stadium. <br /> <br />FINAL MAP, TRACT 5281 Final Map, Tract 5281, was filed by <br /> Bear State Builders, Inc., creating <br /> 16 lots at the northeast corner of <br /> Newhope and M~Fadden. It was moved <br />by Coumcllman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, that Council <br />approve Tract Map 5281, accept the dedications thereon, and authorize execution <br />of the subdivision agreement. <br /> <br />PRE.
