Mayor Hull opened the hearing continued <br />VACATION from October 7, 1963 on proposed <br /> vacation of a street ~,mning between <br /> First and Second Streets along west <br />line of the Southern Pacific Railway Depot and a section of Second Street <br />running from said west line easterly to the track of said railway company. <br />There being no response to the Mayor's call for testimony, the hearing was <br />closed. <br /> <br />Ca motion of Counc~m-u Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, <br />Council deferred actio~ regard~E the vacation. <br /> <br />HEARING - APPEAL 98 Mayor Nall opened the hearing on Appeal <br />EGGLETON Application 98 filed by Sidney <br /> Eggleto~ fro~ the Planning Commission's <br /> denial of Variance 1819 to construct <br />a duplex on R 1 property at 919 N. Verano (Euclid).
