NS-696 DECLARING ANNEKATION OBDINANCE N8-696 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "IRVINE'S SUB- DIVISION ANNEX NO. 1 - REVISED" was iutroduced by title. It was moved by Councilman Harvey, seconded by Councilman Schlueter, and unanimously carried, that further reading be waived and Ordinance NS-696 be passed to secoad reading. ~EARING - AFmaID. APP. Vice Mayor Hubbard opened the hearing ~64 - HIDLE on Amendment Application 464 filed by Barbara J. Hidle for the reclassification of property on the west side of Newhope between Bolsa and Fifth, from the A I to the R 2 District. pl,n, ing Cummis- sion originally recommended denial, but by Minute action on November ll, 1963, the C~ission recommended approval of proposal as modified. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was published in The Register, on November 7~ 1963, and that no written co~aunications or objections bad been received. There being no response to the call for testimony, the hearing was closed. On motion of Councilm-- Harvey, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, Council approved the reclassification and instructed theCitY'~ttorney to prepare an emending ordinance according to Exhibit HEARING - AMEND. APP. 475 - Vice Mayor Hubbard opened the hearing on BUVINICH Amendment Application 475 filed by Th~ B~vinich for the reclassification of property on the south side of McFadden between Sullivan and Fairview from the R 1 to the C 5 Distrlct. The Planning C~m~sion Resolution 5654 rec.=....ended approval of ~xbibit A.A. 475-B. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was published in The Register on November 2, 1963, and that no written communications bad been filed. Robert Th~apson~ 2208 N.
