273 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-051 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR <br />OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO ENTER INTO AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR STATE <br />FUNDING FOR PROJECTS UNDER FY 1997-1998 HAZARD <br />ELIMINATION SAFETY PROGRAM <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does find, determine and <br />declare as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana applied for State funds to be used for projects under <br />the FY 1997-1998 Hazard Elimination Safety Program; <br /> <br />On March 10, 1998, the State of California, Department of Transportation <br />(Caltrans) approved a funding allocation for this project; <br /> <br />Caltrans has presented a program supplement as part of the master <br />agreement to reimburse the City for the cost of this project; <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana authorizes the Executive <br />Director of the Public Works Agency to execute in the name of the City of Santa Ana all <br />necessary contracts and agreements under the Agency-State Agreement 12-5063 and <br />the following program supplement: <br /> <br />Program Supplement No. 066-M, STPLHG-5063 (040) <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 17th .dayof July ,2000. <br /> <br />AI-I'EST: <br /> <br />Patricia E.
