Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Harry H. <br />Harvey, James Gilmore, Henz,y H. Schlueter, and Mayor A. Allen Hall. Followi~ <br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invocation was delivered by the <br />Reverend Ralph K~ Johnsou Chapel, Methodist Church. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF M]IIUTES <br /> <br />of the following: <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by <br />Counci]man Harvey and carried, the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting of December 2, 1963 <br />were corrected and approved with the addition <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 63-19k OF '£'..: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA~A ANA, CALIFOBNIA, <br />APPROVING AND O~DERING TN ~ECUTION OF AN AGP~ ~24PLOYING SPECIAL COUNSEL <br />(Assessment District No. 220) was read by title. It was moved by Councilman <br />Harvey, seconded by Councilman Gilmore, that further reading be waived and <br />Resolution 63-194 be adopted.
