(ii) A one hundred percent (100%) match for the purchase of qualifying <br />vehicles with a cap of no more than $20,000 per vehicle. <br /> <br /> E. Under the MSRC's program, a city or county applicant must adopt a <br />resolution authorizing submission of an application for matching funds for each project. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the submittal of grant <br />applications to the MSRC for all available funds under the Alternative Fuels Subvention <br />Fund Match Program and, if such funds are available and granted to the City, <br />authorizes the implementation of the proposed project. The City Council further <br />commits the City and directs the City's staff to comply the project implementation <br />schedule reflected in the application. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
