Conditions for Approval <br /> <br />Should Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 99-224 be approved, the project shall comply <br />with all requirements and applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the <br />California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the California Building Code and <br />other applicable regulations. In addition the project shall comply with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />A. Planning Division <br /> <br />1. Comply with site plan review approval of DP 98-117. <br /> <br />The Parcel Map must be recorded within one year of the date of approval of the <br />tentative map by the City Council. <br /> <br />Two copies of the recorded Final Parcel Map must be submitted to each of the <br />following: the Planning Division, Fire Department, Building Division, and the <br />Public Works Agency within 10 days of the recordation. <br /> <br />Development within the area of the map is subject to development fees and any <br />other applicable fees in effect at the time of permit issuance. <br /> <br />The Tentative Parcel Map, Final Map, and all improvements required of the <br />subdivider shall be in accordance with the design standards and specifications of <br />the Santa Ana Municipal Code and the requirements of the State Subdivision <br />Map Act. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-014 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
