TRASH COMPLAINTS On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Schlueter and <br /> carried, Council received and ordered <br /> filed communications from approximately <br />38 individuals regarding unsatisfactory and irregular trash collection, and from <br />approximately 35 businesses regarding unsatisfactory and irregular collection <br />and raise in commercial rates.
