RESOLUTION NO. 01- <br />JUNE 18, 2001 <br />PAGE 1 OF 1 <br /> <br />Conditions for Approval <br /> <br />Extension of Conditional Use Permit No. 99-06 is approved subject to <br />compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with <br />all applicable sections of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the California <br />Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and <br />all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below ~rior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with <br />each and every condition may result in the revocation of the conditional <br />use permit. <br /> <br />A. Plannin9 Division <br /> <br />Comply with all conditions and requirements from the <br />Development Review Committee (DRC) for the development project <br />(DP No. 97-67) <br /> <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 97-221 must be recorded prior to the <br />issuance of any future building permit on Parcel two or at 1720 <br />East Dyer Road. Provide a copy of the recorded map within 10 <br />days of recordation. <br /> <br />Ail future development is subject to the fees in effect at the <br />time of permit issuance. <br /> <br />Reciprocal access easement agreement shall remain in effect in <br />accordance with tentative Parcel Map No. 97-221 between Parcels <br />one and two and the Carl's Jr. restaurant site located at 1720 <br />East Dyer Road. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Parcel two of Tentative Parcel Map No. 97-221 and its future <br />surface parking improvements shall remain irrevocably tied to <br />the Carl's Jr. Restaurant site (1720 East Dyer Road) for as <br />long as a restaurant building exists. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br /> <br />
