Section 5. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes and <br />empowers the Executive Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Agency or his designee to execute in the name of the City of Santa Ana all necessary <br />applications, contracts, agreements, amendments and payments requests hereto for the <br />purpose of securing grant funds and to implement and carry out the purposes specified <br />in the grant application for the Santiago Park Woodlands Restoration project. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
