Section 3. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby certifies that the <br />Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Agency has or will have sufficient funds to <br />operate and maintain the project. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana certifies that the Parks, <br />Recreation, and Community Services Agency has reviewed, understands and agrees to <br />the general provisions contained in the contract shown in the procedural guide and on <br />file with the City of Santa Ana City Clerk's Office. <br /> <br /> Section 5. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes and <br />empowers the City Manager or his designee to execute in the name of the City of Santa <br />Ana all necessary applications, contracts, agreements, amendments and payments <br />requests hereto for the purpose of securing grant funds and to implement and carry out <br />the purposes specified in the grant application for the project. <br /> <br /> Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2002. <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
