One and Two S.F.D. <br />b. Multiple Residential including, Residemial tracts, <br /> Apartments, Condominiums, Hotels, Motels, and <br /> Similar Construction <br /> c. Non-Residential Site Less Than 2 Acres <br /> d. Non-Residenhal Site 2 Acres and More <br /> e. Ptdiiminary G-rading Permit, Under ground Tank <br /> Removal and Excavation for Soil Contamination <br />f. Existing Parking Lot Resurfacing and Repainting <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />In addition to the above noted permit fees, <br />a fee shall be collected for new site improvements, <br />new parking lots, new concrete curb and ga'aec, and <br />asphalt paving <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Inspections outside of normal business hours <br />(4 hour minimum charge for Holidays, Saturday <br />or Sunday inspections) <br /> <br />4) Re-inspection fee assessed ur~ler applicable <br /> provisions of the Building Code <br /> <br />5) Inspections for which no fee is specifieally <br /> indicated (minimum charge - one (1) hour) <br /> <br />SOLAR ENERGY CODE <br /> <br />Any parson desiring a permit required by the Solar Energy <br />Code shall, at the time of filing an application, pay a fee of <br />$3.00 towards the State Mandated Training Program and <br />a fee equal to $20.50 plus the sum of the fees for the work to <br />be done under the permit as set forth in the following <br />schedule. There is no minimum fee for the issuance ora <br />permit for single family residences and duplexes.
